If you have a concern about the service you received or a decision that affects you, contact BC's College Pension Plan – we want to hear about it. We care about getting things right. In most cases we can resolve the issue quickly. However, the process can take longer if we don’t receive complete documentation or if the appeal is complex.

If contacting us does not resolve your concerns, you have the option to start the formal review process.

Requests for additional information

Any person entitled to a benefit, or their agent, has the right to examine plan documents, data and public information about the plan. Please contact the plan to request additional information or records.
