Jamie Choi was appointed to the College Pension Board of Trustees in May 2025 by the Post-Secondary Employers' Association.

She is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Finance at Vancouver Community College. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Ewha Woman’s University, a leading university in Seoul, South Korea and holds two accounting designations, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in BC and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States.

Her previous board experience includes four years on the Board of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC where she served as vice-chair on the Finance and Audit Committee and sat on the Executive and Governance Committees. She also served six years on the Board of the BC Games Society, where she chaired the Finance and Audit Committee.

With over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, Jamie has a strong background in governance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
