Morna Fraser was appointed to the board in September 2024 by the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators of BC.

Morna has more than 25 years’ experience in wealth management. This includes time as a senior financial advisor for high net worth clients and as a regional manager. Most recently Morna has worked as an instructor and financial planning curriculum developer at both Douglas College and, currently, Capilano University.

She brings a significant educational background to this role, including an MBA from Ivey Business School and many finance and insurance credentials, including Certified Financial Planner.

Morna has served on boards of many non-profit organizations for more than 25 years, including roles as strata president, strata vice-president and secretary/treasurer.
